May I ask what did they ask you? I received a mess on case Tracker that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview! How long will I receive the appointment? How long to the actual interview? Thank you in advance!

Hi. My PD is 05/2021. I also applied with a sponsor in Kansas City, but at the time of my interview my EAD hasn’t been approved, so I wasn’t working for my sponsor. My interview was in 08-2022 and after that my status changed to: interview was completed and case must be reviewed. In October 22 case status changed back to: fingerprints were applied. In December 22 my EAD was approved and I started to work for my sponsor in March (this year). Only last month my status changed to: case remains pending (due retrogression)…. I hope my story helps.. 😅

@Aiden Duong They started with qsn from 485 from first to last updated blunders also took all of my documents(she saw i had big file with all the documents so she took all of em) . finally at last she said that they were seeing lot of frauds form mc Donalds. i replied how that qsn in my own way. fiannly she said we were done withi interview then i asked how was my interview, she replied “it was fine”. she said she needs to review my case and if need will ask for more doc. it took me 1mth to get notice for interview after change on tracker. my interview lasted almost an hour.

@Mr X she did not specify what kind of frauds, she also made face when i gave my supplement j and saw my mc donalds letter. but she only said that they were seeing frauds form mc donalds at last before ending interview, so I couldn’t ask much but just replied how my mc donalds is in small tourist town and is also bg and hire j1 due shortage on full time employees but they recently started sponsoring eb3s.

@Y A My PD is November 04,2020. 26 days left to be current. I don’t know how long I have to wait.

@Alex brown ur already there instead of thinking ur turn plan for thing as if u have gc in hand 4-6mth u should have gc in hand don’t think too much cuz even if ur current u never know when will they will look at ur case. only way i know if officer looks at ur case is if u change ur address check if that will help when ur case becomes current.
