@Jim Carry I don’t think is because of that, I think they’re trying to go back to normal procedures, I had seeing so many people with the same thing!

Emma agents are not 100% accurate, always they say the interview is waived, however, the officer has your case, It is the authorized person to make the last decision if an interview is required or not.

@Pepertua A Did they tell that was waived and what else? because mine they said was waived and that I didn’t need to go the local office but apparently some cases go back to local office. So confusing, why did they tell you that?

@Lua A. a few weeks ago, after I sent in my medical, I chatted them up to see if they received it which they confirmed then I asked about interview and he said it was showing waived. was scheduled yesterday, chatted them to get more details and was told the waiver was lifted and I was scheduled and will get a notice in the mail.

@Lua A. the rfe came from the fo so my case was already with them.

@Pepertua A Ok thanks! I guess they can lift the waiver then, because mine they said it doesn’t need to go to the FO which now I believe is not 100% accurate. Well, I wish all the best and keep us posted after your interview 🙏
