I talk with a live agent a really nice one who provides me with information that my interview was waive on June 6, 2023. He said it’s processing it depends on my field office processing time. some of the live agent don’t provide information.

@Tash Ash that's true. one told my husband he can't provide that information over the phone... then some will read back what the website says instead of telling you what they are seeing. I usually hang up and call back until I get to someone who will tell me. God bless those agents
