honestly, it can be so random with these people. I just asked about my cases and one person said, my i130 was transferred to NBC from local office and my i485 interview has been requested. I pray it was waived on your end, because these people can be super miscommunicating to be honest.

you won’t know until they approve it without an interview. it’s up to the officer reviewing it if they want an interview or not

I think they do preliminary checks and say that but nobody is looking closely until it’s about to be approved or denied. @miguel valdo
