interview waived
hello all,
I finally spoke with an agent who told me my interview was waived and gave me an estimated time frame for the case to be completed since it was initially filed in 2022.
anybody else who got this answer? was that time frame accurate for you?

an Emma told me that there’s no timeframe for my case to be transferred or reviewed lol. I don’t believe a thing they say.

never believe that your interview is waived until your case is approved. We were told same thing that it’s waived but we ended up having interview.

@in need of green card I just asked: was an interview scheduled for our case?
and she told me that it was waived and the total processing time is 19 months since it was filed.
