your PD isn’t current yet, and F2B will retrogress in the April bulletin. it won’t be scheduled in 60 days.

@Chick C I think you have to check the visa bulletin chart for April ! My PD is 07/15/2016 and the bulletin move to 07/22/2016! I hope you are wrong with the information about the retrogress!
