@Lizette Domínguez Para el caso de VAWA que es la I-360 se tarda 3 años y todo depende de si tu abusador es residente tarda mas por que tienes que esperar a que aiga una Visa disponible si es the residente no puedes mandar paquete completo osea la el ajuste asta que te aprueben la VAWA primero oh si es ciudadano Americano se supone que es a los 3 años tu aprobacion de VAWA para eso tu abogad@ tiene que p que preparar tu caso lo mas fuerte con varias evidencia para que no te las manden pedir
