not really, it’s mostly those with dependents who’s marriages are still within a year or two and mostly done to validate the authenticity of the marriage.

I don’t think interviews have been made with new administration. I just got my EB1A green card approved with my wife as a dependent. No interviews. Everything was done at NBC.

@Chukwu di my marriage three years. But the green is not marriage-based. It’s an EB1A. My wife is a beneficiary but I don’t think length of marriage is important. proof of bona fide marriage is more important. Gather as much credible evidence as possible.

I am hoping length of marriage matters. I am also EB 1a filing for my husband who have been married for 24 years and two kids nearly 21.

Ddh may I please ask the dates of your receipt notice and biometrics to see where I am on the queue. also do you know if EB1 is a given priority in the adjustment of status process over EB two and marriage based? I haven’t be able to figure this out

length of marriage won't matter if your i-140 listed them and your I-485 as well. if you recently got I-140 approved without mentioning spouse and then immediately filing as married with spouse for I-485, then it raises concerns. but for employment based, length should not be an issue legally
