interview or decision
My mom did her fingerprint on Nov 7, 2023. and since them it has been saying waiting for interview if necessary. under progress it was saying 3 month to next step and at the beginning on February when I check it was 2 weeks to next step. Today now I check it saying again 3 months to next step. I don’t know what is going and what to do. I tried call I did not get through.
