@R N When you filed and when it moved to local field office?

I-485 was filed on Dec 15, 2023. It was in CRP since June 2024. Was moved to local FO on Sept 5. It was moved to 2 different non local FOs before that.

If its EB2NIW, you may want to read your I140 petition as well.

@R N I would say, its atleast an indication that you are near completion. My file was moved to local FO in August 2024. Still waiting for anything.

@R N - They do call people with cross chargeability for interview if the marriage is less than 2 years. What field office? Mine is also cross chargeability EB2

@P V - We’ve been married for almost 4 years. Did you complete your interview? If so, how did it go? And how long after did you get your GC?

@R N - No, I haven’t had my interview yet but from the posts on reddit and telegram groups, it will be related to your employment and marriage like how did you meet, marriage life questions, etc. I would recommend taking marriage proofs such as photos, affidavits from known people proving your marriage, etc.

how do you know if your I-485 case is at a Field Office or NBC or any other center? Is there a way to check?
