interview finally schedule!!!
I130 was approved 2 years ago but had to wait for court to be qualified for I485. Now, i485 interview finally scheduled for next month. any tips??? we don’t have financial joint documents as we manage them separately but we have child together. any worries??? Baltimore office

just be honest. they already know your situation so every question they ask they have the answer. as far as your financial documents go, just make sure you have a honest and clear explanation as to why you guys don’t have a joint account. but other than that you’re good to go :)
