you will know will you have interview or not! but it take you 2-3 months to know

Call uscis and see where your process is. If it's in the field office where you live, it almost certainly will.

I tried calling USCIS but its very hard to get in touch with them

@Harry T when you call Uscis / say múltiples time ( info case or info pass )and a real person will answer.

my application is at a out of state field office. does it mean interview is waived?
