We went for the interview in December 2023, and even got approved on the spot but we haven’t had any update from them. No update no green card no nothing!

I’m in the US pending AOS

we been on the same page, for more than 3 months our case is ready to be schedule for an interview and still waiting for notice if when will be the date of interview.

8 Months still waiting, moving on the 9th month. uscis sucks, I don’t know why the delay. they attend to those coming through the illegal border crossing first than us making the right way.

@MD Kashif The interview was pretty short and good. The officer asked about my role. asked if I changed job, asked me how long I have been married, when I had my child. Also asked my husband what he does for a living and where he works and confirmed few information from the application. Ans that was it. over all it was a good experience.

@K I-485 thank you for sharing. what kind of documents did you bring with you and did they ask any of it .

we basically took all our application documents, e.g wedding photos, bank statements, lease documents, past EADs. However none of them were requested. I was only asked for an employment verification letter from my employer. That was all I presented to the officer.

Is any of your application in dallas field office and it says ready to be scheduled?
