interview canceled
i and my husband had an interview on May,2022.
and it’s weird that we just received the notice of interview canceled 8 days ago.
does anyone have this situation?
what should i do with this notice since we did interview?

@Nikki Ng honestly if i be you i won't be worried about the interview cancelation i more concerned about why you still waiting since july 2021 you should submitted long time ago an enquire...best of luck

same from july 2021 don’t worry about the cancellation it’s probably for one of the applications but the other one still valid so you still have an interview you filled concurrently but they do the interview for one. that was my experience no explication was given but check the notice to confirm that the interview was canceled for on of the application most likely the I-130.

Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

They want another interview for you guys. You should have seen the appointment by now because it's almost 2 months you did this post. My advice to you is to remember all you said in the first interview. The human brain tend to forget months or years after. So they want to see if you will change anything.
