DOB of our children? when did my husband become a us citizen ? current address? how many times have we been married? when did I tell my husband about my unlawful status? (i didn’t expect this one) I think that’s it.

@rosmery Galvez the same thing happened to me. I went for my interview at Philadelphia fO too. when I came back it showed that my I-130 was cancelled hours ago before my interview. it’s still showing the same update. my interview date was on the 12th.

@rosmery Galvez same thing happen to me as well, I went to interview and later on it showed interview was cancelled on USCIS website.

@rosmery Galvez she basically told me the same thing they told you because I just gave birth to my second baby and I had more evidence and she was actually training someone that day so everything went by the book. up till now no update it’s been more than a week

@rosmery Galvez, did you call the USCIS when it showed interview canceled status. because we had our interview last month on 20th and still showing interview canceled.

@ola oddy I personally didn’t go by the documents asked in the notice I just brought all the originals and copies of the documents I submitted with my application which is almost all the documents they ask for in the notice, and they might not even ask for them. for me all they wanted to see was taxes, joint bank account statements, bills, health insurance, phone records and stuff that proof we are in a real relationship (even though we have 2 kids together) questions they asked were pretty standard. basically just confirmed all the info we put in the applications. good luck on your interview!

@Razor Fire I didn’t. I went for my interview on April 18th and after I left it changed to interview cancelled, I check the next day(19th) and still cancelled. then the 20th in the morning I got i485 approval then in the afternoon i130 approval. I would try to contact USCIS and ask for an update on your case.
