INTERVIEW
My lawyer got a letter today. I have the interview for my green card on March 25 at 7:15.
I-360 sent on August 2021
I got approved on July 2023
NO PRIMA FACIE, NO RFE, NO BIOMETRICS. (I think they used my old ones because they denied my first vawa application).
I-485 sent on November 2023
BIOMETRICS- July 2024
RFE- November 2024 (medical )
They received my medical on January 14, 2025
and TODAY got the appointment notice.

@ayel el @Ali wathiq They denied my first case because my lawyer doesn't sent all that uscis was asking in the RFE. FIRST TIME, I applied on January 2018, got RFE on January 2019 and they denied my case on January 2020. USCIS only wanted correction on my name in some documents.

congrats! My journey is the same as yours. My first VAWA filed in 2018 eas denied in 2023. Refiled and for my first ever prima facie with 5 years EAD. Hoping a favorable decision soon

Thank you all for all the support with your words. May Jehovah God bless you all in this process because this whole journey is very difficult. The wait to see a new notification in our case is too stressful. I am very anxious, very excited and very nervous about the interview.
