case ready to be scheduled is not the same as interview is scheduled. so u will not receive anything in the mail until they actually schedule it

and usually how much it takes time ?

it all depends on your field office and luck can take anywhere from a day to months even a year and more

It really depends on your FO, you can check your FO processing time on USCIS website.

I live in Nigeria and never been to the United States and USCIS scheduled interview for my wife. A little weird but okay since we have nothing to hide
