did you check yours if it’s waived or not?

did my interview yesterday, the officer said to wait for 2-3 weeks for the approval notice. I don’t know if that’s meant approved or not.

@Aa R. lol they told me the same response . i had mine last week . I gave the I-485j at the interview to confirm job still exist because I filed non concurrent . my status now is interview was completed . I am current . Did they also say they might send an RFE if required ?

@David R I had mine interviewed over 2 months, still case showing interview was scheduled.They have send me RFE for medical since mine previously filled medical was expired.

@KT M Did they call for interview even they initially waved? I did not understood your post.

@Aaaa S no lawyer with me, he just asked and verified my info written on my I-485 form. he asked me if am working.that’s it.

@KT M it is never 100% guarantee with FOIA. Lot of people are getting called for interview even after it was waived.
