well for EB3 skilled, they are not requesting an interview. I am EB3 skilled, after I-140 approval, we completed the school. We recently got approvals for EAD and AP, now we will start to work. Each case is unique, please consult your lawyer, do not seek an answer in forums. If you were not interested in working while I-485 is pending; why did you apply to that one in the first place?

I want to work but I don't want lose my f1 status while i485 pending status. my lawyer said it's up to you u want to continue f1 or not. may be they will approve application before interview schedule.

my interview and 3 other people on EB3 wasn’t waive, so it is different for each one. I found here somewhere people that share their interview questions, thats help a lot.

@taina costa what is ur PD they rescheduleing the interview now a days some time they not reschedule they approve GC directly depend on case to case.

@sam y but I am so confused, because I read different things in each website I find it. some says that is based on the date the PERM was filed, some other says that the job position/code may affect

so it is 6/29/22 was current, but now based on July Visa bulletin it’s not anymore 🥲 probably will take longer for rescheduling in case they will do interview
