when you check your date of inquiry, if you scroll down a litte you'll option to make an inquiry. when you click on that you will need to fill out the from and and submit. if your case is at the field office, you'll get a response directly from them. you can also chat with Emma.

@nas a you can call uscis , you can find the number in google. when they answer, just say “info pass” and stay in the line. you will be able to speak to an agent.

@Yanz . whenever I put my receipt number in it doesn’t give me the option to move forward. It’s because my case is still “within normal range” they won’t even let me fill out the form to submit

select the option case outside normal processing time. that will pull up the form. I just tried to see if it would work and it still did. it will ask you to fill in your personal details and state what the last action on your case was. once you're done filling in all fields it should allow you to submit it

@nas a I did call like 2 times and it also made inquiries online and it did help me a bit in my experience but who knows, maybe it was just the timing.
