you just answered your own question, if everything is legal you are totally clear. if you walked across the boarder illegally you aren’t.

We are all either married to US citizens or permanent residents. My husband is a lawyer (not immigration) and he has assured me of my rights in the US and what can and cannot be changed in the law. Please 🙏 don’t worry about the deportation things. If you are here illigealy then yes people need to worry. But in our forum, I feel we are all okay. This process is stressful 😥. I am greatful for this app and the kind people on it.
