if you have a lawyer call them, and also that’s just insane you can sue usisc. how the hell are you surviving without a work permit

@jm tbh did lawyer I got to file my paper work charged me $7500 and I ended up not being able to come up with two months payment after already paying him $6500 so I asked him for some time and he told me it doesn't work like that. so he sent back my files to me and he didn't send me back a penny from what I paid him. he's the worst lawyer in the history of dealing with lawyers. USCIS sent out my biometric request on the 22nd of February and my biometric was supposed to me on the 1st of April and the lawyer told me that 6 days before the 1st of April when I was in Texas and I have to fly all the way to NY to go get it done 😔😔😔 what if I couldn't manage to get my cousin to book me a ticket to go there. then uscis sent out an RFE on the 26th of February and I saw that it was sent I tried calling and texting my lawyer for over 3 months without a response from him all he does is read my messages and not reply to them nor does he answer my calls so I ended up saying some disrespectful things to him and that's how I got him to respond and send me what they requested so I have to send to my home country for stuff like criminal records etc and due to the fact I was living in NY too I have to fly back to NY to go and get one from there also. I literally can't find a penny to retain another lawyer so I'm hoping could get my work permit so I can at least get a new lawyer 🥺🥺🥺 I'm so stressed and depressed I have 4 kids to maintain which I'm not able to give them the full support but luckily their mom understands my situation.

you sure you did c09? I will just call usisc or do more research about your case if you have a financial loss or problem you definitely could expedite this. 380 days for a ead is just insane… check and see if is c09 on your receipt

I did check to see if it was a c09 and it's indeed one.. I'm going to call them now

you don’t need a lawyer to do it ,I been in the same position as you I did it all by myself.

you can also filed a next I-765 if u never filed under( c9 )- filed i-131 and I-765 over with the ne necessary documents is free that’s what I did

yes u can are filed over these documents ,else u gonna waiting until ur vawa is approved to get a work permit and travel documents file ur I-765 with out I-131

@chopichoolu the head corner stone yeah man, idk sum wrong with your case. definitely look into more research and more information that’s hella f up that you haven’t a ead at least. also get the app called “Reddit” and look vawa applicants groups and just share your experience there and stuff ppl there gon help you out on how to expedite and even how to contact your congress man. is honestly insane such a wait for an ead.

also don’t throw the towel nothing last forever either goood or bad.
