initial grant of deferred action vawa
Hi ,
so I just realized that my deferred action period expired last month ,
although I still have my VAWA work permit , gotten from my VAWA approval that’s valid till October,
should I be worried ?
because I am going on a trip within the country ,
please answer

not yet, they approved my vawa on May 2024 so deferred action is 15 months so i am good … i hope you get your GC very soon … this is so stressfull 😞

bro it’s all good, it’s an automatic extension, sometimes it’s glitches and not gonna send you anything.
