also with those you need the 824 affadavit of support and need to have the medical done (693) by a civil surgeon. do it all at once to avoid a request for it. also make sure you provide a ton of evidence of your marriage being real and also correct birth certificates and marriage certificates and EVERYTHING needs to be translated if in another language. do a lot of research if you want to do it yourself @Princesse Nana

you’re going to need to do some research… your husband needs to provide proof that he makes more than 125% of the poverty line for your household size. he can prove that with tax returns (transcripts are preferred) and pay stubs. @Princesse Nana

you should look into boundless immigration. its an online website that helps you file. not the same cost as a lawyer but can walk you through the process
