@survivor p i believe @Magic Magic means college where he doesn't have to finance it himself, so financial aid is really what he/she wants to find out is available. No need to laugh. And yes @Magic Magic if that's your question. Not all colleges use prima facie though, but if you would like to do it online, Purdue Global accepts it. I'm currently on the tail end of a masters degree at that school.

@Kerry S I am not laughing from @Magic Magic but general about financing education system in USA. Second, I dont think she applied for VAWA, on timeline there is I485 and I130 interview on August 2024. Third, even with financial aid, education is not for free always. it could be but it depends from income and if you have degree already from your own country.

@juju Blanke can you tell me please where can l go in New York to apply ,l think l have to to the GED ,because l was in voooegie in my country ,l am almost done with my career over there ,but l can not travel to finish it ,so l decided to start another .career here again .🥺🥺🥺🥺

@Magic Magic, yes you can get FA with your PF. I used it for my MS program in a regular University. I also know of someone who is using it at WGU, which is a 100%online college, and their tuition is pretty low. I recommend choosing a Not-for-profit college.

@Magic Magic if you need to get the GED, you can source that through a community center or any other institution in your town that does adult education. Once you have that, and if you have the PF or green card, you can apply for federal aid and start school. You said you can't finish in your country, but can you transfer anything here? Check to see if you can.
