Immunization records for I-693
I had to fulfil a set of immunizations when getting my F1 student visa. These records came from doctors in my home country.
Do I need to show the same records for my medical exam for I-693? I can’t seem to find them anymore

If you don’t have any proof, the dr will ask to do bloodwork for checking antibody for each vaccine. Depends on that results he will decide which all vaccines you need to take. This is what our dr did.
