M T 2 years that’s way long I’m trying my best to be patient

my cousin pd was march 2023 along with her daughter as well she got through last year October and is in the us now . I took her daughter to her interview and she has been approved only for me to collect her book back

right now they are working with cases from Sept 2023. it's taking 16 months for approval.

Mine is from October 2023. My process time says they will give me a response within 4 weeks from now.

jade B it count down to one week last year then nov. it went to taking longer than expected up a few months jump to 16 months now it’s at 15 months

@Cel Kahlon Yes you’re right! My i130 was approved but my two kids is still pending. My husband who is a USC filed separate i130 for me and my kids who are is step kids on the same date in April 2023, but they are not approved. I’ve been at NVC waiting for over 4 months hoping and praying for there approval.
