when did you get asylum granted if it’s one year since that day you were supposed to get already but if you’re not one year asylum granted don’t stress and panic your process will be on hold until the date yoy got granted.

I had asylum granted 11/17/23 after one year I applied for green I got Receipt number and fingerprint were taken now I have more than 6 months there no new up date

my submitting date 03/25/2025. I still waiting.

@ADILET B you won’t get approved at least until one year has passed since asylum grant. Second, USCIS processing times for I-485 based on asylum is 15.5 months on average.

@Mo Mo ye auntie did the same way as I did and she get after 7 Months and I also heard that if u apply before a year u granted asylum usually get rejected but mine got processed. idk I heard a lot different stories from different people I think it’s just matter of time anyway thanks ❤️

@A K first time hearing that takes 15.5 months anyway it’s matter of time will wait whatever it takes already been here since 2018

@ADILET B yeah that’s according to USCIS website is the average processing time. Technically your I-485 can be approved any time after May 10, 2025. So hopefully you hear good news soon brother!
