@Edwin Ayala Perez do you have any idea how long it will take or we need to do something accept inquiry because I already did the inquiry.

@md dhaly for right now I am in the normal process I am able to inquire and ask questions on April 8th, 2026 if they don’t reach out I can start inquiring, looking at your submission you can start inquiring on August 8th, 2026 right now it seems you’re in the normal time. keep in mind I’m not a lawyer or giving you legal advice consult a lawyer, but this is what I read from USCIS and asking questions to my attorney

I understand why you feel hopeless, but 490 days for an EB-4 I-485 is unfortunately still normal. EB-4 has a very small yearly quota and it retrogressed heavily in the past couple of years. Even with a 2019 priority date, many cases are taking 18 to 30 months after filing I-485, especially when visa numbers ran out mid fiscal year. At about 16 months pending, you are not outside the normal range yet. The key question is whether your priority date is currently current under the latest Visa Bulletin from the U.S. Department of State and under ""final action dates"" chart. If your 2019 date is current, approval can happen anytime once they pick up your file. If it is not current, they legally cannot approve until it moves forward again. - Attorney Ana Gabriela Urizar (All information shared here is for general educational purposes only.
