I’m loosing my patience!
I really don’t understand why!?! I try to expedite they didn’t approve or decline either, just send an e mail says “ we have lots of cases yours will be late” whats that mean! what should i do?

473 days and counting. Received the same email twice. July 10th and today August 11 that my case is being reviewed by an adjudications officer and due to workload factors not related to my case their is a delay. They are selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate and any other word’s available. they don’t care how the wait affects people at all.

am I right in saying your Priority Date is no longer current and you may have a wait for many years? This looks like the case since the visa bulletin issued on April 2023 when Final Action Dates was no longer current for F2A cases.
