I’m a RN, I’m doing a master now. I’m a foreign doctor.my employer filled EB3-2 for me but I just got denied because the lawyer don’t know anything. there was no PERM filled before.can I do EB2 NIW?

Yes, you can file EB2 NIW for yourself. EB2 NIW is self petition. if you need assistance putting together the petition, reach out to dozikaho on telegram.

if you have money around 10-15k left to spend, I highly recommend Chris M to get EB1A , you can Google them.
