If you are separated from your children, KEEP FIGHTING TO EXPEDITE YOUR CASE!!
Good afternoon Lawfully family. Today is a happy and blessed day, I am finally taking my son with me to immigrate in the United States. We got separated for years while I was in the VAWA process in the U.S. and he was in our home country. I was waiting “patiently” a little over three years since I applied, always listening what my lawyer told me, to keep waiting and never reach out to USCIS. Well, he was definitely wrong. I was able to expedite the VAWA, I-824 (my son’s application) and even at NVC to send it directly to the consulate and expedite the interview date. If your case is legit, don’t be scared. KEEP PUSHING, KEEP TRYING, KEEP FIGHTING!!!! Also, reaching out to your Senator really helps. Tell their office that you voted and will keep voting and supporting him, and he will help you to expedite the case due to humanitarian grounds. I am grateful for God almighty and finally this wait is over, but please don’t loose 5 years away from your children like I did. it’s truly painful and no one deserves that. @God is good , I filed my VAWA. I have two children in Nigeria, daughter 18 yrs today 08/15/2025 while my son is 15yrs. Their mother passed to glory in 2019 that I arrived in USA. I filed my VAWA IN. August 8th 2022, how can I expedite my VAWA due to my situation. I haven’t seen my two children for 6yrs. My VAWA is over 3yrs since I filed

Congratulations 🎉🍾🎊 I share in your joy, how did you get to vote?talk to your lawyer ASAP you are not supposed to vote if you are not a citizen, you may get in trouble.
