check out section 204(1). USCIS may automatically revoke your case, but if you meet the requirements under that section 204 rules, you should be able to get reinstated. That’s what my lawyer was able to do for mine. If you are currently in the US do not leave

so who will be my sponsor than,my case was submitted by my brother and he is no more with us,and there is no one excepts his childrens,can their childrens be my sponsor?

@Franck ARNAUD yes I did get a word at that point but only because I did my research first I saw that there is clear regulations in place to protect people who are in the situation like me
