If i was under 21 when i-130 was filled for my mother, when can I expect that im to old for visa bultin when the i-130 get approved?
or can someone explain me until when my age is frozen, until i-130 gets approved or ig visa is available?

Filed for your mother? or do you mean by your mother? if the latter then whether you age out in to F2B will depend on your age when a visa becomes available and how long the I-130 takes to be approved (you take that time off your age to give you your ‘adjusted age’).
