i824 processing time
i am US Citizen. My i 130 approved in october 2023 but USCIS retained the case and asked me to file i 824 to let USCIS know to send my case to NVC. I filed i-824 in november 2023 and the send me receipt too. Can anyone let me know how long it will take to get my i824 approval and send my case to NVC? my service center in Vermont . Online it shows 18 months to process i 824. but i heared it depends on for what i 824 was filed because i 824 filling for many other actions

@Roshankumar Patel did you file I-824 for consuler process? If its for consular processing expect a waiting time period of 1 year or more. I’m waiting for over 11 months at texas service center. Nothing yet.

Hello, i just did sent the i-824 documents like few days ago. Does USCIS gonna send the receipt later after they started review it or how? because i didn't got any info yet about the receipt number

@T Ngo yes, its only said that my case goes to Texas. So its 12 months waiting time.
