i did biometrics but mine is showing biometrics in I485 only and I756 is showing only as actively reviewing. NBC 112 days.

the same here… nothing has changed since the biometrics back in the 18th of April… not even a request of evidence or anything like that…

ya no rfe for me either. submitted feb 14 and biometrics were April 7. automatically went to actively reviewing the next day. so now just waiting for it to say card is being produced. praying 🙏

@sebastian what makes you think you won’t get an interview? I’m curious because you said you’re waiting for card to be produced versus interview?

PD 12/20/2021, I did biometrics on 1/18/22 and being actively reviewed since then on both i485 and i765. I have not received my ead or ap yet. Marriage based AOS, at national benefits center and my field office is San Antonio, TX

god willing we will hear something this month

card is the ead and travel permit. interview comes later after that is issued and then you get the green card.

they said 8.5 months so my guess is like November

so I applied in December marriage based had biometrics in feb expedited ead x3 and got ead and ap in June last week I got new card being produced case approved i485 NO INTERVIEW….

it would be great if we all had the same luck as Al and Christina. I been stuck at actively reviewing since the day after my biometrics jun 28, nothing has changed ever since just running low on my savings account. Goodluck everyone.

no EAD no AP yet, I'll expedite if I don't get anything till November. JJ 485 the waiting times are crazy. Mine Actively reviewing since jun 28th. It's strange some people get approved for green card without interview. I wish we're all lucky like that. I put together a nice package with welcoming letter and all supporting documents. I hear if u apply for a combo card that might delay your case, it's quicker to just get EAD I read comments. it is what it is all we can do is pray and hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

NVC I’m in Alabama expedite your work authorization I did that myself your lawyer is probably just being lazy he should have put a request for expiditing your EAD in from day 1 …. my first 2 expedites I never heard back from uscis… my 3rd one was successful…. I sent a lot of proof and pictures from our relationship in with my case so I recon that is why my green card was approved without interview…. that and I’ve nothing to hide … me and my wife have joint bank accounts and all our bills are in both our names our health insurance is all under my name we’re insured together on our car internet bills gas bills as much as we could….

call uscis but look into your reasoning first on what to say
