Honestly, for the most part, uscus is not issuing ead’s, people are getting GC without ead. You can always request to expedite I-765 though if you are able to justify financial loss for example.

i was recebtly in the same boat. Filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 in Oct 2020, then March 2021 I had my Bio done. Last month my work visa expired so I had a legit reason to contact USCIS and request expedite of my ead, just so I could work again. I had my I-765 finally approved last week. You should chat with emma (artificial intelligence officer at USCIS website) and ask to speak to a live officer. Then you request expedite. You have to tell them reason which could be finalcial loss for example (you see all possible reasons on uscis website), then within 5 days they might contact you or not requesting documentation that support financial loss or whatever readon you have said.

np. I would recommend getting bios done first, wait at least a month, if nothing comes your way and you have a legit reason to expedite, it is worth the try.

it took about a month for me. it somewhat depends. I waited a long time for my bio. some people get their bio very soon but then wait longer for the card. if it takes more than a month, and you have a legit reason I would expedite as mentioned before. @happy dude. I dont think it's true most people get gc without EAD. it's just that EAD takes about 9 -11 months. if you live in a city where gc is faster you may receive gc. but I live in a city where gc takes at least 16 months, often longer. so most people in a place where it takes longer will get their EAD first.

honestly can't tell you. it's too different between different cases and different field offices. you said it's been 11 months since you filed, so you can probably send an inquiry. (assuming your case is at nbc)
