I765 based on pending i360
It’s been 8 months since my case was received by USCIS, my status still shows as fees were waived and the status haven’t changed until today. I have a work permit extension for 180 days from my previous work permit renewal that is valid until next month. How much more time will it be until I receive my EAD card? Any one who is or have been in same situation?
please suggest! Thank you.

I dont see the right option listed above in the link you provided to select for my EAD renewal it just shows ead card based on all other applications employment authorization.

you need to send expedite request. if you have a lawyer let him do that. if not learn yourself and do it. I had similar situation. my Lawyer did send uscis evidence of how many people depend on my job. My daughter my wife. My insurance. rent expences. etc. I got approved and the card was on my hand in 2-3 weeks

if you have an extension it's should be 540 days. its no longer 180 days

but the letter I received from USCIS it states 180 extension of days only.

question my i360 was approved got myEAD February of this year,I made an appointment at social security office same month and up until now no SS they are telling me that HOMELAND SECURITYis having a backlog what can I do??

They extended that 180 days to 540 days. check online you will see it

It's 180 days again. they changed it back to 180 days in April. And I just double checked in the USCIS website.
