does anybody have experience on the time process it takes to get an answer on a i765
i filed at the beginning of January, received receipts, but thats about it. My case hasnt updated to anything since then.
im pretty new to all of this i dont really know the process

I filed in November 2025. just finger prints applied update and that's it. Most answers I got that it may take up to a year to get approved.

@Jan 2025 took me less than a month .but some experience months so I don't know what reasons make some case last forever and some work fast.

Current processing timelines are running between 5 to 8 months depending on field office and individual case type. Note some applications are getting approved earlier than 5months and others later
