i765 & i360 only
Has anyone ever had a temp work permit based on those two forms above while waiting for the i360 to be approved? not having a valid pending i485?

Base on my knowledge you have to have a pending i485 to qualify for EAD, if not u would have to wait until i360 is approved to get that c31 ead
