@thankfully, my rank is 26th in lawfully and PD is 12/28/2021 and my biometrics were reused in 3/9/2021

I hope I get the decision by this week atleqst

I highly doubt if it’s accurate though, it looks like it’s based on people who are registered in lawfully and not while uscsi

it doesn’t matter i was 3rd since b4 no one got approved and bow 17people got approved and 2 people interview and 3 people RFe and am still the 3rd in line

those rankings are not accurate imho. it would be good to hear from those who were recently approved what their filing date was

alot of people got approved from December 1 2020 to January 1 2021 but no one posted it here..

gotcha — do you know if it s too late to receive a RFE for Jan filers? meaning that after almost a year these filers should have received one already?

i think its not too late but the percentage of you getting RFE is very less after 1year of waiting

lawyer suggested n400.. also not sure how long it s going to take to get the 751..

I saw on other site they just approved dec 31, 2020 case

hopefully they start working on it and do like 10. to 15 cases daily and I was they have actually started and almost finished May cases

No RFE, last update was on February 4th, 2021, when they reused my finger prints. I will keep you posted if I have any updates. My case last numbers are 20363. I checked other numbers. From 40 cases before me, half was approved, mostly in November.

@ Olena, nice datails, i check the case behind me and in from of me everytime and over 80 percent already approved in 100 cases so ours would soon be approved too by his grace .. Amen.

my case number last 5 begins at 28… and recent approvals begins at 20… which means I am 8000 far way , how does this work,

which means it might take longer right guys? any idea?

no clue honestly… I also think it depends on the case (eg requesting RFEs? and not just on the order.. but other more experienced users might have a better grasp

yeah this thought that it needs to be approved this month is killing me, I am going to have to focus on something else,

yeah that’s kind of frustrating because dec people are waiting , I am dec 28 received date but applied finger printing and received notice on March 9 so I think they go by notice date .

not sure that they go by notice — on their website they say that processing times are based on the day they received the petition. but I might be wrong. also, I am a Feb filer so way behind you all
