Hello, my I751 and N400 has been pending for 741 and 412 days respectively at NBC but my field office is Dallas Texas. Any one in the same boat waiting to be scheduled for interview? Thank you for your input. #N400 #I751 #citizenship #ROC #ComboInterview

Juan LMay 11, 2025
@Fuad Digbe Congressman told me USCIS said because i751 was pending that’s reason, I sent service request for N400, over 30 no response, I called them send another request. hope that will be help, Dallas TX

@Fuad Digbe congresswoman got insane response from USCIS, made me double check if that’s a typo(they told me it’s not)—If your constituent hasn't received a case status update or eligibility interview notice by July 27, 2027, please feel free to contact USCIS for an update
Juan LMay 11, 2025
@Fuad Digbe @david O we might can have a contact, we can make a group.
Fuad DigbeMay 11, 2025
@Juan L a friend of mine got similar response. but his was August 2027🤣 and the i751 must be adjudicated first. insane. @david O look up who is your rep by entering your address and zipcode online, then it redirects you to the reps website and look for help with other federal agencies and follow the prompts
Juan LMay 11, 2025
@Fuad Digbe I think this is just an excuse for them to delay. They explained to you the 48-month extension just to prevent you from bothering them.
Fuad DigbeMay 11, 2025
@Juan L exactly.

@Juan L @Fuad Digbe Just got this email response from USCIS regarding the inquiry I put in on Feb 22 “Due to workload factors not related to your application, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. We anticipate the delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this notice. We assure you that we are working to complete adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from USCIS by that date, please reach out to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance”

I got this from my congresswoman @Juan L @david o Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matters. Your constituent’s I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residency is currently processing within normal processing times at the National Benefits Center (NBC) but will ultimately be adjudicated with the N-400 Application for Naturalization by the local field office of jurisdiction (Dallas Field Office) at the time the N-400 interview is scheduled. Although your constituent’s file is still physically located at the NBC, the scheduling of your constituent's N-400 interview and the decision to expedite the case is within the jurisdiction of the field Office. Once the field office schedules this case for an interview, your constituent will receive an interview notice stating the date and time to appear for the scheduled interview. Once the interview is scheduled, the NBC will then forward the file to the field office. Once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address on file. For an approximate interview / adjudicative timeframe, please refer to the field office’s processing time information for form N-400 found on the USCIS Processing Time Information page. Please note that estimated processing times are processing goals and not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe. Each case is unique, and some cases may take longer than others. Processing times should be used as a reference point, not an absolute measure of how long your constituent’s case will take to be completed. Should your constituent wish to contact the field office to request an expedite of the N-400 application, demonstration that the expedite criteria have been met must be included at the time of the request. All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that a single letter from the applicant, without additional supporting documentation, does not generally meet the criteria for expedited processing. Please also note that standard cost of living expenses, such as bills, are generally incurred by all individuals, and do not solely demonstrate that the expedite criteria have been met. Please note USCIS is extending the validity of Permanent Resident Cards (also known as Green Cards) for petitioners who properly file form I-751 for 48 months beyond the card’s expiration date. This change started on January 25, 2023, for Form I-751. USCIS has updated the language on the Form I-751 receipt notices to extend the validity of a Green Card for 48 months for individuals with a newly filed Form I-751. USCIS records indicate an updated receipt notice was mailed to the petitioner’s address on file on 04/29/2023. The receipt notice can be presented with an expired Green Card as evidence of continued status, while the case remains pending with USCIS. By presenting an updated receipt notice with the expired Green Card, an I-751 petitioner may remain authorized to work and travel for 48 months from the expiration date on the front of the expired Green Card.

Juan LJun 25, 2025
@Fuad Digbe Why do I feel that the Trump administration is strictly checking visa applications during the Biden era? They were submitted very quickly during the Trump era, and applicants during the Biden era are subject to stricter review.
Juan LJul 15, 2025
@Fuad Digbe @david o Do you guys have any updates ?
