@Widler Fils Usually they transfer your case if they are gonna schedule you for an interview. Did you file N-400?

Mine was transferred to NBC and it’s been 94 days. Actually thought I was gonna get a decision quick but then USCIS do what they do best stacking and prolonging timeline for processing.

Did you have an interview when you applied for the first green card? They might have transferred if they're going to schedule you for an interview. I had my I-751 transferred to NBC on March 1st, and it's been sitting there since. In my case though I filed N-400 on February 11th.

@Widler Fils Ok this is more complicated than how you first presented it. You need to hurry up and finalize your divorce so you can attend your interview with a divorce decree. If not they might deny your case
