#i751 applied 7/6/2025 , today received the email We have taken an action on your case, but nothing under document tab , no changes in status looks all same , not sure this a system glitch or any hope 🙏
is anyone received the same email without anything change

I got a message action has taken but nothing onsite only showing updated on 7 April 2026

That happens. USCIS email alerts often go out before the online status page or documents tab visibly updates. I would watch the account and the mail for the next several days rather than assume the email was meaningless.
