we filled in july 05 2024 and did biometrics November 19 2024 and still nothing the sooner se can make a request is on March 2027

A lot of people were approved within two years.

We Filled Dec 2023, Biometrics Were Taken On Jan 2024, And We Recently Submitted A Request And We Were Told Everything Look Good It Was A Matter To Just Wait For A Decision. Last Time I Heard Was That They Were Working On June 2024 Cases But Who Knows. mine says that 80 people applied between june and july. who knows if that’s accurate, that’s why I asked.

may 2023 and still waiting

we filled for my husband in Nov 2022 & didn’t get approved until March 2025 . He is from Mexico. we were told that the wait time was due to so many more applications from Mexico than other countries. I’m not sure if that is true but we waited a really long time for our I-130 to be approved also!

Did he already went to Mexico for the interview? my i130 took almost 3 years to be approved.
