got transferred for the third time today , mandamus filed on feb2023! anyone have any idea what’s going on why so many transfers? my lawyer said last week got 2 aprovals i601a , one from Maroco and 1 from Mexico they both filed on 2020 ! also said to be patient cases are moving just slower!

I am filing the I-601 too. what was the reason you stated for I-601. it seems like my situation is just like yours. my case moved from national benefit center to San Antonio Field office and now to Tucson Field Office

hey, what happened to the hart center I thought it was suppose to hasten things up, I just feel 601a is not a priority for this administration, just hang in there u almost there even though it sucks.

my date is Dec 2020 , in Aug 2023 I got notified it got moved, almost 3 yrs now. it’s very sad, and very stressful not knowing when our approval will get here. or not to even be told like hey we are working on month 5 of 2020 you know
