Is there anyone that had done a 60 one waiver for themselves and got approved? Can you provide some assistance or maybe even sharing your documentation to help guide me in preparing my waiver

it’s not mine I want to work one for a friend. I’ve been readying about what documents are needed and how to prepare one. I’ve done regular marriage based petition I’ve done Vawa applicants so I want to learn how to do i601 waivers

@akil mcnish I believe your friend got divorced after 360 approval which would be the reason for getting i601w for fraud and misrepresentation. I would suggest you to get a letter for his spouse stating she signed the documents in you they are in good terms. if not find a good lawyer- its a very complicated spot he is in.

@akil mcnish trust me bro, i’ve done all my husbands documents but the waiver is complicated fr and super risky for any mistakes, my husband had to file his 601 for fraud and misrepresentation as well.. i would leave it to a good good lawyer…
