Hello everyone,
is there is a differences between if USCIS send you mail to submit form i 601 after I get approved for i130 and you created by yourself about getting approval ? and the time of approval what is the expected time between ?
( Iām already in US and live with my US citizen wife )

hey we got approved last year with the I-130 and the consultant officer told us to do the waivers so almost 7 months now we just have to wait

@Ya M yes i submitted it in the US because i am a citizen and my husband is in Albania. our cases are in nebraska right now

@Ya M Yes i think it may be because i submitted the I-601 and I-212 but iām pretty sure you had to submit the I-601A and I-485 i think

the same thing happened. we got an approval for the I 130 went to the embassy and was told we need a waiver. it has been a year since we submitted the I 601 so now we are waiting.
