i539 denied while i485,i130 and i765 is pending
hi everyone! please i539 was denied today and I have pending i130,i485 and i765. I'm married to a us citizen.
please what does this mean and what should I do?

why are you applying for that when you’re applying for 130 and 485?

@Ja R I already applied for i539 to remain in status before filling for adjustment through my us citizen husband.

if you’re marrying a US citizen, you don’t have to worry about your status if you overstay. that’s forgiven (not if only LPR). so you didn’t have to thats why it’s denied.

@Ja R thanks alot. I met an attorney concerning the denial and he said not to worry about it too.
