Has anyone here done the processing for i485J that got approved? Can you share your experiences please? Planning to switch jobs but kinda scared and unsure of the whole process🥲
Oh and does anyone know if CNA’s are considered as an unskilled job?

@melisa d I don’t think so as long you’re sure that the employer you’ll be transferring to is very much willing to carry on your case petition. But I’m not a lawyer so I’m not really sure about this

@Monique cruz did your lawyer just sent the form i485J to USCIS or did you guys like start from the very beginning? New PERM, new PD and stuff?

@Monique cruz if we ask new sponsor sign the I485J. Anything will involve with primary sponsor.
I want to go to other locations with new sponsor to work in same Job duties.
I’m working 6 months for my primary sponsor now, still waiting the GC. I’m afraid they not let me go without 1 year contract, but I’m very exhausted with that store.
